Penalty Counter - Eliminate the possibility of human error that can occur when using hand signals between the timer tower and rangemaster.
The penalty count shows the number of penaltys assesed by the rangemaster.
When used with the included radio modem, the penalties are automatically entered into the CMSA Automation software eliminating the need for the time keeper to re-enter penalties into the computer.
